		<description>Yep yep yep, links are great, links are awesome, links are the backbone of Googles ranking algorithm; however no one of any consequence is going to link to garbage content...quite a simple concept really. 

Ease of navigation is H U G E indeed, keep anything sticky above the fold and easy to click.
