How Being Emotional Can Attract More Business
Have you ever hit the wall? I mean, have you ever gotten to the point in your marketing where you start to think, “Okay, I have done everything. I’ve stayed current with all the newest trends, I’ve utilized every tip and training I’ve heard, I’ve invested money into my business and I am just not seeing the results I had hoped for! Where am I missing it?” Well, before you get too frazzled and think about throwing in the towel, let’s go over a basic law that will change everything. No, not a marketing law, per say, it’s bigger than that. I know you’ve heard it, but have you used it in your business? It’s called The Law of Attraction.
The Law of Attraction says: That which is like unto itself is drawn. And so, the essence of whatever you give your attention to is unfolding in your experience. Therefore there is nothing that you cannot be, do or have. That is Law.
So, that sounds great, right? Endless possibilities. The flip side of this is that it puts the sole responsibility of our success upon us. The thoughts we allow to enter our consciousness and dwell on bring about the material things in our lives. What we think about, we bring about.
It can seem like a hard pill to swallow at first when you consider that all the success (or lack of it) is dependent upon your thoughts. You may ask, well how can I control every thought I have? How can I know if I am doing this law of attraction stuff right? First off, notice that I said the thoughts you allow and dwell on. You don’t have to dwell on every thought. It may take some practice, but you can choose how long you dwell upon thoughts that are not in harmony with what you desire.
It’s important to understand this: the basis of our world is Well-Being. You can allow it or not, but the basis is Well Being. Our goal is to stay in harmony with that Source of Well-Being and allow our desires and good success to come to us. (Some may call this Source by different names. I am very comfortable with acknowledging my Source as God.)
You can feel whether you are allowing your full connection to Source Energy or not. (Some good news here for women. Since we are considered emotional we have an advantage!) The better you feel the more you are allowing your connection; the worse you feel the less you are allowing your connection. Feeling bad is the same as resisting the connection to your Source. By paying attention to the way you feel and your emotions, you can begin to take control of your thoughts and feelings and will re-align yourself the Well Being intended for your life.
Once you understand the clarity that your emotions provide you will never again question what you are doing with your current thought. You will always be aware of whether you are, in this moment, moving toward or away from your intended goal or desire. Your awareness of the way you feel will give you the clarity you’ve been seeking. Once you have the knowledge that you are moving in the direction of your desires you can relax a little bit and enjoy the wonderful ride.
Let’s bring this all back to your business and marketing. When you think about your business, goals or achievements what sort of feeling do you notice? To stand on the brink of what is coming, feeling eager, optimistic anticipation – with no feeling of impatience, doubt or unworthiness hindering the receiving of it – that is the Science of deliberate creation at its best. So, focus on your thoughts and the feelings you associate with them. As you begin raise your awareness of how you are feeling and changing your thoughts to be in harmony with Good and Well-Being you will see your business expand and unfold into the flourishing success you have intended.
