I believe in beginning early to teach our daughters to be all they can be. By raising them to believe that women are equally intelligent, capable and independent in business we will start to see the culture change. <br><br>As our daughters grow up as strong minded entrepreneurs of their own, the world will have no other choice but to accept. I've read that there are over 10 million women owned businesses in the US right now. We are making change through our children.<br><br>Awesome job on creating a whole resource site around the idea!
