As a pioneer in social media, Walmart had lofty goals of being the best in class on all levels of online customer service, e-commerce, and earned customer satisfaction. I was the main strategist and idea generator behind the successful launch of Walmart’s Twitter pilot and continued to manage for 3 years.
We launched during Black Friday weekend and I devised the strategy behind the “Walmart Elves” that assisted customers with shopping questions during the busy holiday season. I hired and trained a team of over 100 Content Moderators to use social listening skills in order to engage with users tweeting about holiday shopping.
We targeted keywords using the brand’s top-selling gift ideas, mentions of “sold out” or “out of stock” in competitor’s streams, as well as monitoring brand mentions.
Isagenix International is on a mission to create the world’s greatest health and wellness products and business opportunity that together will transform lives both physically and financially.
I managed the Isagenix social media programs including copywriting, creative design, and editorial approval. I personally hosted Live Twitter Chats with Top Producers during major Isagenix events. I also authored the above social media training article “To Tweet or Not to Tweet” for Isagenix affiliates. I worked directly with creative teams to create infographics, display, and creative designs.
Launched new Limited Edition shake flavor and exceed sales for the Seasonal Shake initiative projections with over 1M units during 2016 and sales of over $38M for the global markets
I was hired to create a cohesive brand strategy and social media presence for Cobblestone Auto Spa which owns 23 franchise locations in the Phoenix area.
I began with a complete website redesign optimized with target keywords using long and short copy. High res brand images featuring state of the art equipment and Cobblestone team members were used to define the brand’s value proposition and showcase community involvement.
Taking the brand’s scattered social presence, I designed a fresh voice and cohesive strategy that provided a fresh social facelift and drove growth and engagement across all digital channels. I created a brand new Instagram profile which saw over 125% growth in the 1st year and over 10k targeted local followers in under 2 years.
I led the team in forging new relationships with Veterans and local first responders in order to create strong community bonds which were then featured in press releases and media relations in TV, radio, and social media.
